• The product arrived with a broken or unsealed safety seal.

All return requests are subject to verification by the Happishine support team.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Customers must report an eligible issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

5. Return Instructions

Customers should not return any product without receiving instructions or approval from Happishine.

If a physical return is required, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

The product should be returned, where applicable:

Approved replacements are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days, subject to product availability.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verification of the required details.
